Essential Duties:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Diagnostic Department Team Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing, training, and monitoring our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of urgency, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for driving growth and efficiency within the diagnostic department.

Key Objectives:

As the Diagnostic Department Team Lead, your primary objective will be to take our diagnostic team/department to new heights. This department is a critical component of SuperCare Health's success, as it supports our growth, identifies opportunities for improvement, and ensures the maintenance of unbilled accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing the diagnostic team, sales team, sales admin team, AR team, and operations team
  • Holding all departments accountable for their contributions to the success of the diagnostic department
  • Tracking and monitoring OPO and CapOx conversions submitted by referrals and RAEs
  • Managing leads generated by the sales admin team, including tasks related to internal reporting, CPAP High AHI, pharmacy questionnaires, future service tech/clinical tasks, and POC leads
  • Collaborating with the AR team to identify accounts requiring testing (e.g., OPO, CapOx, Oxyqual) and taking appropriate actions, such as Parachute pushbacks or pre-filling prescriptions
  • Communicating directly with RAEs and physicians' offices to ensure seamless coordination and follow-up

Education and or Work Experience:

  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of team management and motivation
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals
  • A sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry practices (preferred).
  • Graduate from accredited High School
  • Must be able to lift and carry equipment and miscellaneous items up to 75 lbs on a daily basis
