Essential Duties:

Under the general supervision of the Operations EVP, Operational Project Manager position manages projects with both technical and non-technical components, within the Operations division. This position also manages communication and projects between the other divisions within Company.

General responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordination and facilitation of key stakeholder meeting related to Operational and Company initiatives
  • Gathering of and preparing detailed requirement documents for projects
  • Building process workflows, communicating change, implementing executive direction
  • Communication between lines of business owners, division leaders
  • Presenting, discussing and implementing new and updated processes
  • Creating and managing tracking tools, including report design and requirements
  • Documenting and cataloging process and project development details in a structured manner

The position is typically expected to consist of the following allocation, though these can vary:

  • 70% project management and implementation
  • 20% training and documentation
  • 10 % support functions

Key/Essential Functions: Manage meetings and communications required to efficiently implement projects on a timely basis. Understand, document and communicate both business and system processes, for the purpose of creating new processes or modifying existing ones. Gather requirements, design, develop, maintain and support Operations teams, create documentation necessary to support further development and use of the applications, train users by creating diagrams, videos, pdf's, etc. Help with implementation of new software or upgrade existing software applications. Available to attend some meetings or conference calls outside of normal business hours, in order to accommodate leadership availability of overseas resources.

Other General Responsibilities: General Project Management support between various disciplines: Operations, Clinical, Customer Care, Sales/Marketing.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Very strong Project Management skills
  • Experience with PM tools, such as Smartsheet, MS Project, other
  • Solid diagramming skills using Visio, Pencil, Google Drawings, other
  • Advanced MS Office, reporting and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong presence to be able to lead discussions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: Preferred Minimum of 3 - 5 years in a PM role related to operational and projects
  • Training/License/Certification: Preferred: courses and certification in Project Mgmt, such as PMP

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
