What We’re Looking For:
SuperCare Health is seeking a passionate and results-driven recruiter with a proven track record of identifying top talent, building strong candidate relationships, and successfully filling critical positions across our organization. Ideally, you will have a deep understanding of our industry, excellent sourcing skills, and a consultative approach to partnering with hiring managers in our Northern Region to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
What You'll Do:
Recruiting
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Craigslist, industry job boards, and other career search engines.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assessing qualifications.
- Design and manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, job expos, and networking events to identify potential talent.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with job openings and candidate information.
- Provide weekly recruitment status updates to Directors and attend monthly recruitment needs meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, manage follow-up communication, and facilitate any pre-interview testing.
- Stay up to date on recruiting trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with the Regional Human Resources Manager to align recruitment efforts with staffing needs and overall HR initiatives.
Onboarding
- Submit and follow up on IT requests for new hire credentials and equipment.
- Initiate and monitor pre-screening processes, including background checks and drug screenings.
- Communicate with HR leadership and hiring managers regarding any pre-screening disqualifications.
- Coordinate with auto insurance carriers for new driver approvals.
- Maintain and update new hire documentation for payroll system entry.
- Organize in-person and virtual onboarding sessions, ensuring new hires are set up for success.
- Maintain and continuously improve onboarding materials and presentations.
Temporary Staffing Program
- Manage relationships with staffing agencies such as Baron HR and Apple One for temporary staffing needs.
- Maintain a pipeline of temporary candidates for future hiring needs.
Employer Branding & Marketing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain a social media recruiting brand strategy.
- Post job openings and engaging recruitment content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
- Encourage team members to share job postings to expand reach and attract diverse talent.
This role may be a fit, if you have…
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and/or equivalent education and experience.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare & corporate settings.
- Strong understanding of recruiting trends, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment efforts simultaneously.
- Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong change management, adaptability, and flexibility to respond with agility to the changing needs of the business
Physical Effort:
- Minimum physical requirements are the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
